Thank you for considering being a part of the Servant Team for our Summer Fellowship Nights this summer!
The dates we currently have scheduled for these nights to occur at our church (and thus needing help with set up, food preparation, and clean up) are the following Friday nights: June 21, July 12, July 26, and August 9.
The timeframe for each night is 6:30-8:30 PM. It is important to know that you are willing and able to arrive earlier and/or stay after, depending on your assignment.
For two of the nights (June 21 and Aug. 9), we are planning to do a BBQ. If you are willing to serve as a "Grill Master" for one or both of the nights, please check that below. Likewise, if you are willing to pick up the food items from the store for us in advance of those nights, please check that below.
